If you can get there so can Butlers. Which means simply choose your location and we will be there. Our 4-wheel drive self-catering kitchen comes complete with bbq’s, ready to fire up and cook off the ultimate Australian menu.

Butlers can also organise all other aspects needed to make your day a perfect one, from hire equipment to beverage supply and refrigeration. Our recyclable bamboo plates provide an affordable and stylish compliment to a great outdoor menu.

Meats

  • Tenderised Rib eye steak, cooked to your liking with caramelised onion
  • Lamb or pork cutlets with minted baby potatoes
  • Mongolian Lamb served with rice pilaf
  • Marinated lamb kebabs in rosemary, garlic, lemon
  • Your choice of butcher or gourmet sausages with jacket potatoes, sour cream and chives
  • Bangalow sweet pork tenderloin and caramelised onion
  • Spiced Moroccan beef served with hot cous cous salad
  • Homemade beef patties with construct-your-own hamburger fillings

Chicken

  • Breast fillets marinated in honey, chilli and garlic

  • Chicken BBQ stir fry with fresh vegetables, hoi son sauce, coriander and peanuts served with hokkien noodle
