Canapé

A great and more informal way to eat when you want your guests to be able to mingle. Canapes are treated as a meal replacement so at Butlers we do not run out of food. Choose your own selection to suite every occasion and budget.

Canapé – Cold

  • Giant antipasto of Mediterranean cured meats, seafood, char grilled vegetables, cheeses, olives, crackers and dips
  • Vietnamese vegetarian rice paper rolls with dipping sauce
  • Fresh oysters with lime, sweet chilli and ginger
  • Turkey ribbon sandwiches with camembert, cranberry, rocket
  • Roast pumpkin ribbon sandwiches with sundried tomato cream cheese, Spanish onion, rocket
  • Vegetarian tartlet of cucumber, cherry tomato, Spanish onion, parsley, with coriander and cumin yoghurt

  • Fresh oyster on a ceramic spoon with wasabi mayonnaise, shredded nori, salmon roe
